Top Nails & Hair Beauty School is owned by Huong Nguyen (Jasmine), who comes from a heritage of salon and business entrepreneurs. Her mother owned a beauty salon and several businesses in her home country of Vietnam. Her family moved to the United States in 1989. Jasmine and her sisters continued the step of their mother’s in the beauty industry and opened two salons in Washington state.
In 1993, Jasmine opened her first nail salon in Salt Lake City, and shorty after opened several others. Jasmine noticed a shortage of well trained cosmetologists in the area and decided to open her beauty school. Top Nails & Hair Beauty School expresses her passion to the next level by training students and helping them build their careers in the beauty industry.
